Payment Options & Insurance
Your dental insurance plan is a form of reimbursement provided by your employer or private insurer. Unlike medical insurance, your dental insurance usually provides you with a maximum amount per calendar year. As with any dental insurance, the copay is only an "estimate" and nothing can be considered finalized until we receive an estimate of benefits after we file your claim. We advise you to contact your insurance company prior to treatment if you are concerned about the level of reimbursement they may provide for varying services. Regardless of your insurance coverage, you are fully responsible for any fees charged by our office.
For your convenience we accept VISA, MasterCard, Discover, Debit Cards, personal checks, and Care Credit.
We are considered "in network" for many dental insurances, including, but not limited, to:
Aetna DMO
Aetna PPO
Ameritas
Assurant
Cigna PPO
Connection
Delta Dental PPO and Delta Dental Premier
Dentemax
Equitable
Fidelio
Guardian
Humana
Liberty Dental Plan
Metlife PPO
Principal
United Concordia
United Healthcare
Zelis
If you don't see your specific plan listed above, please call the office as sometimes other insurances are grouped under one of the above. We want to work with you to maximize your benefits.
